Normal Form of Retirement Benefit. The term Normal Form of Retirement Benefit means a monthly annuity payable as a Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity for the life of the Participant with a survivor benefit payable after the death of the Participant for the life of the Participant's Spouse which is equal to 100% of the monthly annuity payable during the life of the Participant.
Normal Form of Retirement Benefit. The Normal Form of Retirement Benefit shall be an annuity which provides monthly payments to the Participant or Former Participant, beginning on his Normal, Early, Postponed or Disability Retirement Date, as applicable, and continuing for his lifetime and terminating with the last payment due prior to the death of the Participant. Subject to Section 6.02, a Participant shall receive his benefits on the Normal Form of Retirement Benefit, unless he elects otherwise as provided in Section 6.06.
Normal Form of Retirement Benefit. A Pensioner's Retirement Benefit shall normally be payable in the form of a monthly life annuity, commencing on his/her actual retirement date and ceasing with the last payment due immediately preceding his/her death. Any Death Benefit which may be payable is described in Article VII.
Normal Form of Retirement Benefit
