Northland District Health Board. Employees eligible for long service leave under an employment contract with the employer prior to the applicable collective agreement contract (i.e. Core Conditions Agreement) that expired on 1 October 1997, shall continue to be eligible for this entitlement. Those who elect to forego this entitlement shall receive special one-off paid leave of one day for every year of service as defined in their last employment agreement prior to the signing of this Agreement.
