Party A may continuously apply for the loan, but after the loan is repaid, the loan amount corresponding to the loan will not be used again, that is, the accumulative expenditure amount shall not exceed the loan amount linear measure.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building. All trash shall be placed in receptacles provided by Tenant on the Premises or in any receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building.

  • Cleaning 4.6.1 To keep the Property clean, tidy and free from rubbish;

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Walls Sheetrock (drywall) damage should be patched and fire-taped so that there are no holes in either office or warehouse.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;

  • Smoking Neither Tenant nor its Affiliates shall smoke or permit smoking in any part of the Project in which Landlord, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, prohibits smoking. Landlord may designate the entire Project a no-smoking area, excepting areas in which Landlord, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, permits smoking.

  • Removal of Fixtures If Tenant is not in default hereunder, Tenant may, prior to the expiration of the Term of this Lease, or any extension thereof, remove any trade fixtures and equipment which it has placed in the Premises which can be removed without significant damage to the Premises, provided Tenant repairs all damages to the Premises caused by such removal.

  • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant. Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.

  • Decoration 4.5.1 To clean, prepare and paint or treat and generally redecorate all internal parts of the Property in the last year of the Term;
