Notation of Payments. Each Lender will note on its internal records the amount of each Loan made by it, and each payment in respect thereof and will, prior to any transfer of any of its Notes, endorse on the reverse side thereof the outstanding principal amount of Loans evidenced thereby. Failure to make any such notation, or any error in any such notation, shall not affect the Borrower’s or any guarantor’s obligations hereunder or under the other applicable Loan Documents in respect of such Loans.

The Holders, to the extent applicable, shall permit the Municipality, at any time during regular business hours, to make at its office an appropriate notation or notations on the Note of payments of principal thereon and the unpaid principal balance thereof.
