Timing of Performance. Subject to Section 2.16(f), when the performance of any covenant, duty or obligation under any Credit Document is required to be performed on a day which is not a Business Day, the date of such performance shall extend to the immediately succeeding Business Day.
Timing of Performance. Time is of the essence with respect to Consultant’s performance of the Services required by this Agreement. Consultant shall diligently and timely pursue and complete the performance of the Services required of it by this Agreement City, in its sole discretion, may extend the time for performance of any Service.

Timing of Performance. Consultant shall commence and complete the Services in accordance with the project milestone schedule incorporated into Exhibit A. If no schedule is incorporated, Consultant shall begin to render Services on the effective date of this Agreement and shall continue to render the Services in a prompt and timely manner.
Timing of Performance. The Parties agree that time is of the essence for Provider’s performance hereunder. If the Parties do not agree upon a schedule for the performance of certain Services, then Provider shall perform such Services with due diligence under the circumstances. Provider shall notify T-Mobile immediately of any factor, occurrence or event that may affect Provider’s ability to perform the Services as set forth in the Specifications.
Timing of Performance. Performance of this Contract shall commence on 8/23/2011 for components represented in Schedule A. The delivery date for all equipment described in Schedule A shall be 9/15/2011. The on-site equipment installation training shall be completed by 9/30/2011. All application reports (including those pertaining to route completion) will be fully tested and approved by the Client on or before 10/15/2011. The timing for performance of any such work may also be extended, if allowed in writing by the Client in its sole discretion. Liquidated Damages: Should the Contractor fail to meet the performance completion dates as described in this contract, the Contractor shall pay the Client a sum of one-thousand US dollars ($1,000.00) for each calendar day following the required completion date until the Client approves the Schedule A and Proposal activities are considered complete.

The completion date for all services and delivery of all materials as described in Schedule A shall be November 13, 2015.
