Notice and Authorized Representatives. Any notice required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given for all purposes if sent by email to the authorized representative identified below. Such notice shall be deemed to have been given when the email was sent and received. Either Party may change the authorized representative at any time by giving notice to the other Party. The Parties each designate an authorized representative as follows:

  • Authorized Representatives No amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless by written instrument duly executed by the Parties’ authorized representatives. For the purposes of this section, an authorized person refers to individuals designated as such by Parties in their respective corporate by-laws.

  • Authorized Representative Sourcewell's Authorized Representative is its Chief Procurement Officer. Supplier’s Authorized Representative is the person named in the Supplier’s Proposal.   • Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. A Party hereto shall be entitled to remove and/or substitute or make fresh appointment of such authorised representative by similar notice.

  • Representative The employee, administrator, or School Board may be represented during any step of the procedure by any person or agent designated by such party to act in their behalf.

  • Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
