Change in Authorized Representative. During the term of this AGREEMENT, if there is a lawful withdrawal of recognition of the Austin Police Association pursuant to Section 143.304 of the Texas Local Government Code, then it will be the CITY’s option to continue the terms of this AGREEMENT or to cancel the contract and engage in negotiations with the successor organization, if any.

Change in Authorized Representative. Any changes in the authority of persons authorized to make a Funds Transfer on your behalf shall not be binding upon us until we have received written notice from you. The notice must be in a form acceptable to us and be given within a reasonable period of time for us to act upon the change.
Change in Authorized Representative. During the term of this Agreement, if there is a petition for withdrawal of recognition of the Meet and Confer Team pursuant to Section 147.0034 of the Texas Local Government Code, then it will be the City‟s option to continue the terms of this Agreement or to cancel the Agreement.
