Publication Notice Similarly, the Settlement Administrator will cause the Publication Notice to be published in accordance with the Media Plan attached as part of Exhibit B. The Parties agree that the Publication Notice provides to the Settlement Class and Settlement Class Members information sufficient to inform them of: the essential terms of the Settlement; appropriate means for obtaining additional information regarding the Settlement and the Action; and, appropriate information about the procedure for objecting or opting-out from the Settlement, if they should wish to do so. Because the Media Plan is determined to be the best notice practicable under the circumstances and satisfies due process, the Parties will request the Court to approve the Media Plan in the Preliminary Approval Order.
Public Announcement Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties hereto shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statements with respect to this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation.
Announcement COMPANY shall have the right to make public announcements concerning the execution of this Agreement and certain terms thereof.
CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.
Announcement Explanation School District Board Member Vacancy The School District is accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from [reason for vacancy] of [former Board member's name]. The contents of a vacancy announcement, how it is announced, and where it is posted are at the Board's sole discretion. The Board may want to announce the vacancy and its intent to fill it by appointment during an open meeting. The announcement may be posted on the District's website and in the local newspaper(s). The individual selected will serve on the School Board from the date of appointment to [date]. The length of the appointment depends upon when during the term of office the vacancy occurred. See 105 ILCS 5/10-10 and Board policy 2:70, Vacancies on the School Board - Filling Vacancies, to determine the length of the appointment. Vacancy Announcements (a) Announcement of employment opportunities must receive appropriate distribution to enable and encourage qualified candidates to apply. Announcements should be open for at least 2 weeks. In unusual circumstances, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee may shorten the 2-week announcement period. Announcements must contain specific information about examinations, minimum qualifications, duties and other relevant job factors. Length of County service (seniority) shall be considered when qualified candidates are otherwise deemed reasonably equal.
Notice Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other shall be deemed sufficient if sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed by the party giving notice to the other party at the last address furnished by the other party to the party giving notice: if to the Issuer, at 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, and if to Distributors, at 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Title the announcement Note: How and where the RFP is announced are at the Board’s sole discretion. The Board may want to announce the RFP during an open meeting, post it on the District’s website, mail or email it to local law firms, and/or place it in the local newspaper(s) or other legal publications. A directory of those lawyers belonging to the ICSA is on the IASB website, xxx.xxxx.xxx. A printed copy is available upon request. Inclusion in the directory does not represent an IASB endorsement. Some attorneys who practice school law do not belong to ICSA. Other online sources, such as the Ill. State Bar Association, also maintain directories of information about attorneys. The Board may want to title the announcement “The [Insert District’s name] Board of Education Requests Proposals to Provide Legal Services.”
Public Announcements Unless otherwise required by applicable Law or stock exchange requirements (based upon the reasonable advice of counsel), no party to this Agreement shall make any public announcements in respect of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise communicate with any news media without the prior written consent of the other party (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), and the parties shall cooperate as to the timing and contents of any such announcement.
Public Disclosure Unless otherwise required by law, prior to the ----------------- Effective Time, no disclosure (whether or not in response to an inquiry) of the subject matter of this Agreement shall be made by any party hereto unless approved by Parent and the Company prior to release, provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
