  • Expiry Date Each Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit shall expire at or prior to the close of business on the date one year after the date of the issuance of such Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit (or, in the case of any renewal or extension thereof, one year after such renewal or extension); provided that in no event shall any Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit have an expiry date later than the first anniversary of the Commitment Termination Date.

  • Termination for Failure to Become Effective This Agreement and all obligations of the parties under it shall terminate if it has not entered into effect by the date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement, unless the World Bank, after consideration of the reasons for the delay, establishes a later date for the purpose of this Section.   • Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. It is recognized that the preparation period is a scheduled part of the teacher's work day and the teacher is expected to be in his/her respective Building.   • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year.
