Duty-Free Lunch Period. All teachers shall be entitled to a thirty-five (35) minute duty free lunch period.

For good reason, permission may be granted for leaving the premises during the lunch period. The principal may limit the number of employees who may leave the building during lunch at any one time.
Duty-Free Lunch Period. The Board agrees that the teachers in the Xxxxx County Central School system are entitled to a 30-minute lunch period free from extra-duty requirements, subject to emergency situations or problems connected with inclement weather.
