Notice Expenses. The expenses of printing, mailing, and publishing the Settlement Notice required herein shall be paid exclusively from the Qualified Settlement Fund.
Notice Expenses. All costs of preparing, delivering, serving and/or publishing any public or private notices required in connection with obtaining Court approval of this Agreement and issuance of the Final Order pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement ("Notice Expenses"), shall be shared equally by the Bank Parties and the Homeowner Parties. The share of Notice Expenses payable by the Homeowner Parties shall be deducted from the funds held in the Collection Account, and to the extent that the Homeowner Parties' share of Notice Expenses exceeds the accumulated balance on deposit in the Collection Account as of the Effective Date, the same shall constitute a continuing charge upon the PCA Account and shall be paid by PCA from the PCA Account prior to the payment of Homeowner Professional Expenses under Section 7.3 below.
Notice Expenses. The expenses of printing and mailing and publishing all notices required hereby shall be paid from the Settlement Fund.

The expenses of publication, printing and mailing of all notices required hereby, and the toll-free number charges described on Exhibit 1 hereto, shall be paid from the Settlement Fund as provided in Section 8.1 of the Settlement Agreement. Such expenses shall not be refundable to Defendants.
