Notice for Graduate Student Employees not in Continuing and Professional Education. (a) If by April 15 or December 1 of each year the department chair cannot definitively notify graduate students of whether or not they will be funded the following semester, the department chair will advise, in writing, each currently enrolled graduate student who has applied for funding of the department's expectations about that student's appointment or reappointment for the following semester.
