Common use of Notice for Technological Change Clause in Contracts

Notice for Technological Change. This paragraph sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the Employer for reasons arising from ‘technology’ in accordance with subclause 23.2. (i) In order to terminate the employment of an Employee the Employer shall give to the Employee three months notice of termination. (ii) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW), the Act, or any Act amending or replacing either of these Acts.

(ii) 24.3.2.3 Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) 24.3.2.4 The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer company for the purposes of the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Act 1955 1981 (NSW), the Act, ACT) or any Act amending or replacing either of these Actsthis Act.

This paragraph subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the Employer for reasons by reason of redundancy arising from ‘"technology’ " in accordance with subclause 23.2.42.1 above: (i1) In order to terminate the employment of an Employee the Employer shall give to the Employee employee three months months’ notice of termination. (ii2) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii3) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSWas amended), the Actand Clause 21, or any Act amending or replacing either of these ActsAnnual Leave and Public Holidays.

(ii2) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. (iii3) The period of notice required by this subclause sub-clause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer Company for the purposes of the NSW Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW)1955, the ActFair Work Act 2009, or any Act amending or replacing either of these Acts.

Notice for Technological Change. 28.5.1 This paragraph subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the Employer Company for reasons arising from ‘“technology’ ” in accordance with subclause 23.228.4.3 of this agreement. (i) 28.5.2 In order to terminate the employment of an Employee employee the Employer Company shall give to the Employee three months employee 4 weeks notice of termination. (ii) 28.5.3 Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part payment of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) 28.5.4 The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW), the Act, or any Act amending or replacing either of these Acts.

This paragraph sub-clause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the Employer employer for reasons arising from ‘"technology’ " in accordance with subclause 23.2.sub-clause (ii)(a)(1) above: (i1) In order to terminate the employment of an Employee employee the Employer employer shall give to the Employee three employee 3 months notice of termination. (ii) 2.6.3.2.3 Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) 2.6.3.2.4 The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 1995 (NSW), the Act, Annual Holidays Act 1944 (NSW) or any Act amending or replacing either of these Acts.

This paragraph subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the Employer Tenants’ Union for reasons arising from ‘technology’ “technologically” in accordance with subclause 23.240.2(a). (ia) In order to terminate the employment of an Employee employee the Employer Tenants’ Union shall give to the Employee employee three months notice of termination. (iib) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iiic) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer Tenants’ Union for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW)1955, the ActAnnual Holidays Act 1944, or any Act amending or replacing either of these Acts.

This paragraph subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations termination by the Employer employer for reasons arising from ‘“technology’ ” in accordance with subclause 23.2.(27.2) (ia) (1) above: (1) In order to terminate the employment of an Employee employee the Employer employer shall give to the Employee three employee 3 months notice of termination. (ii2) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii3) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the Employer employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW)Act, 1955, the ActAnnual Xxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 or any Act amending or replacing either of these theses Acts.
