Common use of Notice for Technological Change Clause in Contracts

Notice for Technological Change. This subclause sets out the notice provisions to apply to terminations by Xxxxxxxxx for reasons arising from technology accordance with subclause 14.2.(a) (i) I. In order to terminate the employment of an employee, Xxxxxxxxx shall give to the employee three (3) months notice of termination. II.
