Notice List. Within five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receipt by the Employer of the Union’s Notice of Intent, the Employer shall provide the Union with an Employee List for the requested employees, in electronic format. The list shall contain for each employee, name, job title/department, shift (where applicable), facility, home address, home telephone number, and hours worked per pay period for the previous four pay periods.
