Common use of Notice of a Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of a Meeting. Notice of a meeting called pursuant to Section 13.4 shall be given to the Limited Partners in writing by mail or other means of written communication in accordance with Section 15. 1. The notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time when deposited in the mail or sent by other means of written communication.
