Common use of Notice of a Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of a Meeting. need not be given to any Manager if a written waiver of notice executed by him/her before or after the meeting is filed with the records of the meeting, or to any Manager who attends the meeting without protesting prior thereto or at the commencement thereof the lack of notice to him/her. Neither the business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, any regular or special meeting of the Board of Managers need be specified in the notice or waiver of notice of such meeting.
