NOTICE OF ABSENCE & LEAVE OF ABSENCE. ‌ 21.01 (a) Employees are expected to attend work regularly. When unable to attend, the Owner, or designate must be notified, as soon as it is reasonably possible prior to the commencement of the scheduled shift of the employee, giving the reason why the employee is unable to attend, when they expect to return to work and how the Owner or their designate can call them relative to their absence.
