Promptly after it issues any Letter of Credit, the relevant LC Issuing Bank shall notify the Administrative Agent of the date, face amount, beneficiary or beneficiaries and expiry date of such Letter of Credit. Promptly after it receives such notice, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the contents thereof and the amount of such Lender's participation in such Letter of Credit. Promptly after it issues any Letter of Credit, the relevant LC Issuing Bank shall send a copy of such Letter of Credit to the Administrative Agent.
