Notice of Applications. DECISIONS and APPEALS Tualatin shall give notice to Tigard, Durham, and District of all land use applications, hearings, decisions, building permits, and any appeals of those decisions made under the authority of this Agreement. Tualatin shall have the authority to defend any claims or appeals rising from permits issued under this Agreement. Tigard, Durham, and District may comment on, participate in, and intervene in any appeal of such decision.

Notice of Applications. Within 14 days of the end of any month in which NJDEP has determined that an application for an underground storage cavern project within the Delaware River Basin is administratively complete, NJDEP will provide to DRBC for each such application: ‒ name of the applicant ‒ name of the project sponsor if different from applicant ‒ substance to be stored ‒ name of the facilitypurpose of the facility ‒ capacity of the proposed storage cavern ‒ location of the proposed storage cavern ‒ any other information that may reasonably assist DRBC in determining whether the project is reviewable by DRBC and whether it falls within either Category UC-1 or UC-2.

Notice of Applications. The New Mexico State Engineer shall provide notices to the Navajo Nation Department of Water Resources and the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southwest Region Office, Division of Natural Resources, Water Resources of applications filed for new appropriations, or to change the point of diversion or the place or purpose of use of water, in the San Xxxx River Basin in New Mexico, said notices to be provided when the State Engineer provides the applicant with the notice to be published; except, that the State of New Mexico shall not be required to provide the Navajo Nation with notices of applications to appropriate ground water for stock, domestic, mineral or construction purposes of use filed pursuant to Section 72-12-1.1, 1.2, or 1.3, NMSA 1978 (2003).
