Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. The Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of acknowledgement of a notice of assignment signed by the Issuer, in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Notice of Assignment To Issuer's Account Bank) hereto, the Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Issuer, with a copy to the Trustee, the acknowledgement contained therein.
Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. Each Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by the LLP, in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 hereto, it shall sign and duly return to the LLP, with a copy to the Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2 hereto.
Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. The Seventh Issuer Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by the Seventh Issuer, in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in PART 1 of SCHEDULE 2 hereto, the Seventh Issuer Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Seventh Issuer, with a copy to the Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in PART 2 of SCHEDULE 2.
Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. (a) The Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by Funding 1, in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2, hereto, the Account Bank shall sign and duly return to Funding 1, with a copy to the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2 hereto.
(b) The Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by Funding 2, in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2 hereto, the Account Bank shall sign and duly return to Funding 2 with a copy to the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 4 of Schedule 2 hereto.

The Master Issuer Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by the Master Issuer in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 hereto, the Master Issuer Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Master Issuer, with a copy to the Master Issuer Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2.

By its execution of the Funding Deed of Charge, the Account Bank acknowledges and consents to the assignments, charges and Security Interests (including the Jersey Security Interests) made or granted by Funding under Clause 3 (Funding Security) of such Funding Deed of Charge.

(a) The Master Issuer Sterling Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by the Master Issuer in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 hereto, the Master Issuer Sterling Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Master Issuer, with a copy to the Master Issuer Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2.
(b) The Master Issuer Non-Sterling Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of assignment signed by the Master Issuer in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2 hereto, the Master Issuer Non-Sterling Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Master Issuer, with a copy to the Master Issuer Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 4 of Schedule 2.

By its execution of the Current Issuer Deed of Charge, the Current Issuer Account Bank acknowledges and consents to the assignments, charges and Security Interests (including the Jersey Security Interests) made or granted by the Current Issuer under Clause 3 (Current Issuer Security) of such Current Issuer Deed of Charge.
Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. By its execution of the Deed of Charge, the Second Issuer Account Bank acknowledges and consents to the assignments, charges and Security Interests made or granted by the Issuer under clause 3 (Issuer Security) of such Deed of Charge.
Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. By its execution of the Deed of Charge, the First Issuer Account Bank acknowledges and consents to the assignments, charges and Security Interests made or granted by the Issuer under clause 3 (Issuer Security) of such Deed of Charge.
