Notice of Change in Debt Rating. Within five (5) Business Days after Standard & Poor's or Xxxxx'x, or such other rating agency as may be applicable pursuant to the terms hereof, announces a change in the Debt Rating of the Borrower, notice of such change. The Borrower will deliver, together with such notice, a copy of any written notification which Borrower received from the applicable rating agency regarding such change of Debt Rating.
Notice of Change in Debt Rating. Within five (5) Business Days after Standard & Poor’s or Xxxxx’x announces a change in the Debt Rating of New Jersey Natural Gas, notice of such change.
