NOTICE OF CHANGE IN EMPLOYMENT STATUS. The Company shall notify the Guild promptly, but in no event later than seven (7) days after the events of actions involving employee status, such as promotions (whether or not to a position covered by this Agreement), transfer, resignation, severance, etc. Such notification by the Company shall not relieve the Company of any other obligations to report or furnish notice to the Guild as such may appear elsewhere in this Agreement.
NOTICE OF CHANGE IN EMPLOYMENT STATUS. So long as the Non-compete Agreement between Buyer and Xxxxx X. Xxx remains in effect, Seller shall provide Buyer with written notice of any change in the employment status of Xxxxx X. Xxx as it relates to Parent, Seller or any of their respective subsidiaries as soon as practicable after the date thereof.
