Common use of Notice of Change of Location Clause in Contracts

Notice of Change of Location. The Company will give the Agents timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any change in its location (as such term is used in Section 9-307 of the UCC) or legal name and will promptly take any action required by Section 3.07(a) of the Mortgage as a result of such relocation.

Notice of Change of Location. The Company will give the Agents Security Agent timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any change in its location (as such term is used in Section 9-307 of the UCC) or legal name and will promptly take any action required by Section 3.07(a4.4(c) of the Mortgage hereof as a result of such relocation.
