Notice of Delinquent Payments. 1.If any pilot of the Company covered by this Agreement becomes delinquent in the payment of his or her dues, assessments or service charge, the Association shall notify such employee by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, copy to the Vice President of Flight Operations of the Company, or his designee, that the pilot is delinquent in the payment of such dues or service charge as specified in paragraph A., above. Such letter will notify the pilot of the following:

Notice of Delinquent Payments a. If a Crewmember covered by this Agreement is delinquent, or becomes delinquent in the payment of initiation fees, dues, MEC or Association assessments or the service charges as stated in Paragraph A.1, above, the Association’s Vice President Finance shall notify the Crewmember by certified mail, return receipt requested, with a copy to the Company Vice President of Flight Operations, or designee, stating that the Crewmember is delinquent as specified herein. Further, such notification shall include the total amount of money due, the period for which the Crewmember is delinquent, and that the Crewmember is subject to discharge from the Company. Such letter shall also notify the Crewmember that the required payment must be remitted within a period of thirty (30) business days or be discharged.

  • Delinquent Payments 8F.01 Timely payment of wages and contributions to all trust funds provided for in this Agreement is essential for the protection of the beneficiaries. Delinquency and continued failure to pay wages and/or remit contributions to the trust funds shall be dealt with as follows:

  • Delinquent Payment; Handling Charges All past due payments required of Tenant hereunder shall bear interest from the date due until paid at the lesser of twelve percent (f2%) per armum or the maximum laWful rate of interest (such lesser amount is referred to herein as the "Default Rate"); additionally, Landlord, in addition to all other rights and remedies available to it, may charge Tenant a fee equal to three and one-half percent (3.5%) of the delinquent payment to reimburse Landlord for its cost and inconvenience incurred as a consequence of Tenant's delinquency. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the late fee referenced above shall not be charged with respect to the first occurrence (but not any subsequent occurrence) during any 12-month period that Tenant fails to make payment when due, unless such failure continues following the expiration of five (5) days after Landlord delivers written notice of such delinquency to Tenant.

  • Delinquent Rent If not paid on the 1st, Rent shall be considered overdue and delinquent on the 2nd day of each calendar month. If Tenant fails to timely pay any month’s rent, Tenant will pay Landlord a late charge of $ per day until rent is paid in full. If Landlord receives the monthly rent by the 3rd day of the month, Landlord will waive the late charges for that month. Any waiver of late charges under this paragraph will not affect or diminish any other right or remedy Landlord may exercise for Tenant’s failure to timely pay rent.

  • Prepayment Charges The Master Servicer will not waive any part of any Prepayment Charge unless the waiver relates to a default or a reasonably foreseeable default, the Prepayment Charge would cause an undue hardship to the related borrower, the Mortgaged Property is sold by the Mortgagor, the collection of any Prepayment Charge would violate any relevant law or regulation or the waiving of the Prepayment Charge would otherwise benefit the Trust Fund and it is expected that the waiver would maximize recovery of total proceeds taking into account the value of the Prepayment Charge and related Mortgage Loan and doing so is standard and customary in servicing similar Mortgage Loans (including any waiver of a Prepayment Charge in connection with a refinancing of a Mortgage Loan that is related to a default or a reasonably foreseeable default). The Master Servicer will not waive a Prepayment Charge in connection with a refinancing of a Mortgage Loan that is not related to a default or a reasonably foreseeable default.

  • No Delinquent Receivables As of the Cutoff Date, no payment due under any Receivable was more than 30 days past due.

  • PURCHASE PAYMENTS Initial Purchase Payment — This Contract will not be in force until we receive at our Service Center the initial Purchase Payment. The initial Purchase Payment is shown in the Contract Specifications. Additional Purchase Payments — You may make additional Purchase Payments at any time before the Annuity Date, while the Owner or Annuitant is living and this Contract is in force. The minimum additional Purchase Payment amounts are shown in the Contract Specifications. A single Purchase Payment or the aggregate of all Purchase Payments may not exceed the Maximum Purchase Payment Amount Without Home Office Approval as shown in the Contract Specifications. Purchase Payments are payable in U.S. dollars at our Service Center. Checks should be made payable to Pacific Life Insurance Company. If you make Purchase Payments by check other than a cashier’s check, withdrawal payments and any refund under the Right to Cancel provision may be delayed until your check has cleared. Purchase Payment Allocation — Prior to the Annuity Date, you may allocate all or part of your Purchase Payments to one or more of the Investment Options available under this Contract. The Investment Options available on the Contract Date are shown in the Contract Specifications. You may change the Purchase Payment allocation by providing us with instructions in a form satisfactory to us. We will allocate any Purchase Payment according to your most recent allocation instructions. We may reject any instruction or Purchase Payment if your instructions are not clear and we cannot determine your allocation instructions.
