Flight Operations. 4.3.1 Inform the Carrier of any known project affecting the operational services and facilities made available to its aircraft in the areas of responsibility as specified in Annex B. Flight Operations. Mesa shall be responsible for the operation of each Aircraft and the safe performance of the Flights in accordance with the Regulations and airline industry standard practice and shall retain full authority, operational control and possession of the Aircraft to do so. Mesa, its agents or employees, for the purpose of the safe performance of the Flights, shall have absolute discretion in and shall have sole responsibility for all matters concerning the preparation of each Aircraft for its Flights, and all other matters relating to the technical operation of the Aircraft. Mesa, insofar as such relates to the safe operation of a Flight, shall have sole and absolute discretion as to the load carried and its distribution and as to the decision whether such Flight shall be taken. Mesa shall be solely responsible for and AWA shall have no obligations or duties with respect to the dispatch of all Flights.
Flight Operations. The PIC shall only operate the aircraft into and out of Certified Aerodromes or Registered Aerodromes with suitable paved runways and information published in the CFS (Canada) or Chart Supplement (US). Approval from the CFI or delegate is required when operating into grass or gravel runways.

Flight Operations. Each Carrier will: (a) hold and operate under a FAA air carrier certificate and operations specifications issued under 14 C.F.R. Part 119 authorizing it to engage in operations under 14 C.F.R. Parts 121 or 135 and corresponding DOT certificate of public convenience and necessity (or equivalent exemption authority) authorizing such Carrier to conduct the air transportation services contemplated under this Agreement (collectively, “Operating Authority”); (b) only perform the Services using Aircraft covered by the Operating Authority; (c) at its sole expense (subject to any requirements set forth in the applicable Carrier Work Order for reimbursements to Sun Country), perform or cause to be performed all ongoing maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, preventive maintenance, fueling, installations, and overhaul work for the Aircraft in accordance with the Operating Authority, such Carrier’s FAA-approved maintenance and inspection program and other applicable Laws; (d) ensure that the Aircraft comply with all applicable airworthiness directives, mandatory service bulletins, alert bulletins, manufacturers’ releases and insurer’s requirements concerning the Aircraft; (e) at all times be the operator of the Aircraft and have complete, uninterrupted, effective and sustainable operational control of the Aircraft in accordance with the Operating Authority and other applicable Laws; (f) have possession, command and control of the Aircraft within the meaning of applicable Laws; (g) ensure that the pilot-in-command of the Aircraft will have absolute discretion in all matters concerning the preparation of the Aircraft for flight, including the load carried and its distribution, the decision whether or not a particular flight will be undertaken, the route to be flown and all matters relating to the operation of the Aircraft; (h) ensure that Flight Crew will have final and complete authority to cancel any flight for any reason or condition which in its judgment could compromise the safety or security of the flight or compliance with applicable Laws and may take any other action which in the judgment of the pilot-in-command is necessitated by consideration of safety, security compliance with applicable Laws; (i) be solely responsible for determining that containers and pallets (“Unit Load Devices” or “ULDs”) and related equipment (including nets, tie downs and tensioning equipment) are suitable for air transportation in accordance with applicable Laws; and (j) no...

Flight Operations. The Companies shall conduct their operations in the ordinary course of business in a manner consistent in all material respects with the Business Plan, provided that the companies may add or delete service both on an annual and seasonal basis.
Flight Operations. 1. l will observe all Federal, State and local air safety regulations. I will not taxi on non-approved areas at Xxxxxxx County Executive Airport or operate the aircraft on grass runways. 2. I will not taxi or takeoff in Air Associates Rental Aircraft when the surface winds or gusts are given or forecast to be 30 knots or more, or with a crosswind component greater than 15 knots. 3. I will land only at FAA designated airports, except in case of an emergency. I will use current navigation charts and check the Aircraft Facility Directory for all information regarding airports of intended landings. 4. I will fly at least 1,000 feet above the ground (2,000 feet over populated areas), except for takeoff and landings. 5. I will document any inoperative components or problems that could compromise safety in the Squawk book when the aircraft is returned to Air Associates.
