NOTICE OF DISPLACEMENT/LAYOFF - REGULAR EMPLOYEES. The Employer will provide the Union with at least 90 calendar days written notice when regular employees are to be displaced. The notice provided will include the anticipated effective date and the number and classifications or job titles of employees who may or will be displaced.
