Personnel Selection Leave With Pay. Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Public Service or in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.

Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position within the Company, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee’s presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Company considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his or her presence is so required. If an employee, scheduled to work on a shift other than the day shift, is required to attend the selection process, the employee may, upon reasonable notice to the Company, elect to have his or her shift changed to the day shift. The employee shall not be eligible for a short notice shift change premium.

Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position in the Alliance Centre, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where her presence is so required.
Personnel Selection Leave With Pay. Where an employee participates as a candidate in a personnel selection process for a position within NAV CANADA, the employee is entitled to leave of absence with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as NAV CANADA considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where the employee's presence is so required. Remuneration in these circumstances shall be limited to regular salary.

C14.01 Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the grievance and arbitration process where applicable, for a position in the Weeneebayko General Hospital, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process.

Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Public Service, as defined in the Public Service Staff Relations Act, and including recourse for a personnel selection process at the CCRA, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee„s presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where the employee„s presence is so required. This clause applies equally in respect of the personnel selection processes related to deployment.
