School Year Employees. All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.
School Year Employees. Employees, who are normally scheduled to work a minimum of thirty-five (35) hours per week during the school year for a minimum of 180 days, will be considered full-time school-year employees. Employees who are normally scheduled to work twenty (20) or more hours, but fewer than the number of hours worked by a full-time school-year employee, will be considered part-time school-year employees.
School Year Employees. In the event the Employer is required to make up a canceled day of student instruction in order to receive full state aid payments, school year employees will not receive pay for the canceled instructional day but will be rescheduled and paid on the scheduled make-up day. In the event the Employer is not required to make up a canceled day of student instruction in order to receive full state aid payments, school year employees will not be required to report to work and will be paid (maximum of three (3) days per year) for the canceled instruction day.
School Year Employees. Employees regularly scheduled to work thirty (30) or more hours per week will receive $585.00 annually. Spouses who are dual employed by the district will be paid $292.50 cash in lieu annually.
School Year Employees. School year employees means Education Assistants, Secretaries, Custodians, Library Technicians, School Community Counselors, Dental Therapists and such other employees as the Employer may, in consultation and with the Union‟s agreement, designate as school year employees. „Education Assistants‟ means Education Assistants, Classroom Assistants, Special Needs Assistants, Student Support Assistants and Inclusive Support Assistants.
School Year Employees. Effective October 1, 2019, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $856.00 per month for employees working at least thirty (30) hours per week, toward the premium for dependent coverage for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a School District family health and hospitalization plan. Effective October 1, 2020, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $892.00 per month toward the premium for dependent coverage for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a School District family health and hospitalization plan.
School Year Employees. The Employer shall contribute the Employer’s share of the single and/or family coverage for all insurance plans during recesses in the academic year and/or summer for employees who are regularly employed on a school year basis for less than twelve (12) months out of a year.
School Year Employees. In the event school is closed for a full day, the School Board will have the authority to determine if, how, and when such time will be made up. If make-up time is required by the School Board but is not completed by the employee, the employee’s compensation shall be reduced by the number of hours the employee was paid for the closed day. If the School Board does not require make-up time, there shall be no reduction in pay for the day that school was closed.
School Year Employees. Those employees whose working year basically coincides with the school year when students are in attendance.
School Year Employees. For employees hired before May 1, 2009 who work a continuous school year term, but less than the full twelve (12) months during each year, shall be compensated at the hourly rates specified for the class of his/her position during the periods actually worked or while on authorized leave with pay, or, if the employee so elects, and the exact number of semi-monthly pay periods he/she will work is known in advance, the employee may be paid on a year-round basis at a rate calculated as follows: All pay adjustments for absence without leave or other reasons as specified in this Agreement will be made in accordance with the hourly rate. Eligibility for adjusted bi- monthly pay spread shall be revoked for employees whose pay spread has had to be adjusted due to unpaid days until such employee has accumulated twenty-five (25) sick days.
