Common use of NOTICE OF FUTURE EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF FUTURE EMPLOYMENT. Executive agrees that during the twenty-four (24) consecutive months immediately following the termination of this Agreement, Executive will within fourteen (14) days of each instance of new employment notify Prime in writing of the identity of his new employer and the job title associated with such employment.

NOTICE OF FUTURE EMPLOYMENT. Executive agrees that during the twenty-four twelve (2412) consecutive months immediately following the termination of this Agreement, Executive will within fourteen (14) days of each instance of new employment notify Prime Employer in writing of the identity of his new employer and employer, the job title associated with such employment and a description of the nature of Executive's duties in connection with such employment.
