Notice of Increase. Provided no Event of Default has occurred and is then continuing and the Borrowers have not theretofore terminated or reduced the Aggregate Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 2.13, upon notice to the Administrative Agent, the Borrowers may increase the Aggregate Commitments under this Agreement and the “Aggregate Commitments” (as defined therein) under the Three-Year Credit Agreement to an aggregate amount, after giving effect to all such increases, that does not exceed $5,000,000,000; provided that each increase shall be in a minimum amount of $50,000,000. If such increase is to be effected in whole or in part through an increase in the Commitment of one or more of the existing Lenders (it being agreed that no existing Lender shall be obligated to increase its Commitment), such notice shall be accompanied by a writing executed by each existing Lender that has agreed to increase its Commitment, setting forth the amount of its increased Commitment. If such increase is to be effected in whole or in part through the addition of one or more Eligible Assignees as new Lenders, the addition of each such Eligible Assignee as a new Lender shall be subject to the consent of the Administrative Agent, the Fronting L/C Issuer and the Several L/C Agent (to the extent that such consents would be required under Section 10.07(g) if such Eligible Assignee were an assignee), which consents shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and such notice shall be accompanied by the written agreement of each such Eligible Assignee to become a Lender, setting forth the amount of its Commitment.

Notice of Increase. Upon any renewal, Avancie may increase any Access Fees or any other fees by giving Customer 30-day prior written notice; provided that such increases not exceed the then current charge in effect by more than ten percent (10%). In the event that Customer objects to any increase in the fees, Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing Avancie with written notice thereof no later than thirty (30) days after Avancie provides written notice of such increase. An increase applies on the first day of the applicable invoice period on or after the effective date specified in the notice, as set forth herein.

Notice of Increase. At any time and from time to time, on one or more occasions, the Borrower may, by notice to the Agent, (i) increase the aggregate principal amount of any outstanding tranche of Term Loans or add one or more additional tranches of term loans under the Loan Documents and/or (ii) increase the aggregate principal amount of Revolving Commitments or add one or more additional revolving loan facilities under the Loan Documents.

Notice of Increase. From time to time the Issuers may request an increase in the Programme Limit by delivering to the Trustee, the Issuing and Paying Agent and each of the Permanent Dealers the letter set out in Schedule F. Unless notice to the contrary is received by the Issuers no later than 10 days after notice was received by each of the Permanent Dealers, each Permanent Dealer shall be deemed to have given its consent to the increase in the Programme Limit, whereupon all references in the contracts and the Procedures Memorandum to the Programme being in a certain nominal amount, shall be to the Programme Limit in the increased nominal amount.

Notice of Increase. Provided there exists no Default or Event of Default, upon written notice to the Lender, the Borrower may, at any time, on a one-time basis prior to September 24, 2012, increase the Revolving Commitment by an amount of $15,000,000.00. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Lender) shall specify the time period within which the Lender is requested to make effective the aforesaid increase (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lender).

Notice of Increase. The mobile home owner shall be notified of any increase in the lot rental amount at least 90 days prior to the effective date of such increase.

Notice of Increase. The Licensor will provide the Licensee with notice in writing indicating any increase in the Subsequent Royalty, such increase being applicable from the date of the notice thereafter.
