Notice of Intent to Purchase or Condemn. The City shall provide the Company no less than one (1) year’s prior written notice of its intent to purchase or condemn Company Facilities. Nothing in this Section 12.1 shall be deemed or construed to constitute a consent by the Company to the City’s purchase or condemnation of Company Facilities, nor a waiver of any Company defenses or challenges related thereto.

  • Renewal Option This Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Administration and the State Budget Director in compliance with IC § 5-22-17-4.
