Company Facilities definition

Company Facilities means FortisBC’s facilities, including pipes, buildings, structures, valves, signage, storage facilities, machinery, vehicles and other equipment used to maintain, operate, renew, repair, construct and monitor a natural Gas Distribution and transmission system;

Examples of Company Facilities in a sentence

  • The Company currently occupies all of the Company Facilities for the operation of its business, and there are no other parties occupying, or with a right to occupy, the Company Facilities.

  • The Company shall operate and maintain Company Facilities efficiently and economically, in accordance with Industry Standards, and in accordance with the standards, systems, methods and skills consistent with the provision of adequate, safe and reliable Utility Service.

More Definitions of Company Facilities

Company Facilities means the necessary facilities funded and constructed by the Company for purposes of supporting water deliveries from the Project and other Company water supplies, including (a) injection/extraction ▇▇▇▇▇ and related appurtenances, (b) pipelines and transmission mains, and (c) real property, including up to two extraction ▇▇▇▇▇ near ▇▇▇▇▇ Park on Presidio of Monterey property and two extraction ▇▇▇▇▇ just north of the Seaside Middle School, in the City of Seaside, conveyance pipelines serving the extraction ▇▇▇▇▇ and interconnecting with the Company distribution system in General ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard, and potential treatment facilities. AWT Water will be injected into the Seaside Groundwater Basin using existing and new injection ▇▇▇▇▇. Theproposed Injection Well Facilities will be located east of General ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard, south of Eucalyptus Road in the City of Seaside, including injection ▇▇▇▇▇ (deep injection ▇▇▇▇▇, vadose zone ▇▇▇▇▇, as identified in the figure below), plus monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇, and back-flush facilities. Well sites 1-4 have been approved and constructed. Well site 6 is the primary site for expansion, but sites 5 and 7 may be made available for redundancy or future replacement.
Company Facilities means any real property, leaseholds, or other interests currently or formerly owned or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any buildings, plants, structures, or equipment (including motor vehicles, tank cars, and rolling stock) currently or formerly owned or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
