Common use of Notice of Labor Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Notice of Labor Negotiations. When requested by Boeing, Seller will provide notice to Boeing of any actual or threatened labor dispute and of the fact of labor contract negotiations that could reasonably be expected to disrupt the timely performance of the Order, except as may be prohibited by law. Seller shall require that any subcontractor to Seller with respect to a Product provide similar notice to Seller and Seller will provide that information to Boeing.
