Common use of Notice of Leaving Clause in Contracts

Notice of Leaving. It is expected that permanent status employees will give a minimum of two weeks' notice in writing when they intend to leave. Employees with ten (10) years service and a satisfactory work record who give two weeks notice in writing to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources of their intent to leave shall be paid all accrued annual leave in a lump sum.
