Notice of Legislative Change. The parties agree that no formal proposal submitted by either party to amend, repeal or revise the Colleges and Provincial Institutes Act, the Labour Code or regulations made pursuant thereto, which would affect the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement shall be put forward without first notifying the other party in writing of the nature of the proposal.
