Common use of Notice of Modification or Termination Clause in Contracts

If either party wishes to modify or terminate this Agreement, it shall serve notice of such intention upon the other party no more than one hundred twenty (120) days and no less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration or subsequent anniversary date.
