Common use of Notice of Non-Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Notice of Non-Responsibility. Landlord or its representatives shall have the right to go upon and inspect the Premises at all reasonable times, and shall have the right to post and keep posted thereon notices of non-responsibility or such other notices that Landlord may deem to be proper for the protection of Landlord's interest in the Premises. Tenant shall give Landlord at least ten (10) days advance written notice of its intention to commence any work that might result in a lien described in this SECTION 11.3.
