Common use of Notice of Non-Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Notice of Non-Responsibility. Not less than ten (10) days prior to the date Tenant intends to first commence construction of the Improvements, Tenant shall provide Landlord with written notice of its intention to commence construction. Landlord shall have the right from time to time to post notices of non-responsibility at the Premises.
