Notice of Obligations. Employee hereby consents to the notification of persons or entities of Employee’s obligations under this Agreement when the Company reasonably believes that Employee’s activities are likely to be restricted by this Agreement. The Company’s rights under this paragraph, and under the remainder of the Agreement, shall be in addition to and not in preemption of all other rights and privileges the Company may have under general legal and equitable principles, or by statute or common law.
Notice of Obligations. Domestic Communications Companies shall instruct appropriate officials, employees, contractors, and agents as to the security restrictions and safeguards imposed by this Agreement, including the reporting requirements in Sections 5.5, 5.6, and 5.7 of this Agreement, and shall issue periodic reminders to them of such obligations.
Notice of Obligations. The Collaborator hereby consents to the notification of persons or entities of the Collaborator’s obligations under this Agreement when the Company reasonably believes that the Collaborator’s activities are likely to be restricted by this Agreement.

Notice of Obligations. Any notice of specific Obligations (monetary or otherwise) received by Management Company from any insurance carrier or any governmental agency with which the Convention Center, CCC or Management Company must comply, and notices of non-compliance with any such obligations, shall be immediately forwarded by Management Company to CCC; provided, however, that “notices” received from a governmental agency shall exclude information bulletins, questionnaires and similar materials related to employment practices, and other similar materials of general distribution unless compliance therewith is expected to have a material adverse effect upon the Convention Center, CCC or Management Company.

VSNL America shall instruct appropriate officials, employees, contractors, and agents as to VSNL America’s obligations under this Agreement, including the individuals’ duty to report any violation of this Agreement and the reporting requirements in Sections 5.2, 5.5, and 5.8 of this Agreement, and shall issue periodic reminders to them of such obligations.
Notice of Obligations. Xx. XxXxxxxx hereby consents to the notification of persons or entities of Xx. XxXxxxxx'x obligations under this Agreement when the Company, its successors or assigns, reasonably believe that Xx. XxXxxxxx'x activities are likely to be restricted by this Agreement. The Company's rights under this Section 6(f) shall be in addition to and not in preemption of all other rights and privileges the Company, its successors and assigns, may have under general legal and equitable principles, or by statute or common law.

Level 3 shall instruct appropriate officials, employees, contractors, and agents as to their obligations under this Agreement, including the individuals’ duty to report any violation of this Agreement and the reporting requirements in Article 4 of this Agreement, and shall issue periodic reminders to them of such obligations.
Notice of Obligations. During the Restriction Period, Executive shall notify any person or entity with whom Executive accepts employment or engagement of his obligations under Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement. The Company similarly may notify any person or entity for whom Executive provides services in any capacity during the Restriction Period of Executive’s obligations under Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement, and the Company shall not be liable for any such notification.
Notice of Obligations. LightSquared shall instruct appropriate officials, employees, contractors and agents as to their obligations under this Agreement and Implementation Plan (including the reporting requirements under Section(s) 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.9, and 4.10 of this Agreement) and issue periodic reminders to them of such obligations.
