Notice of overlapping project. The Parties acknowledge the need for efficient use of the Australian Grains Industry’s limited research resources. Accordingly: the Research Organisation must promptly advise GRDC of any research project it commences which utilises similar scientific approach or methodology to achieve the same or similar objectives as the Project; and the Parties must negotiate in good faith about whether this Project should be amended or terminated.
