Publication and acknowledgement. 5.1 Parties acknowledge the importance of disseminating the results of the Recipient’s Research Project. Therefore, Recipient shall endeavor to publish or otherwise publicly disclose information, any data, results or information generated using the Material and Associated Personal Data (“Disclosures”), after review by Provider. The following shall apply to Disclosures: Authorship of any publications shall follow the principles set out in the ICMJE recommendations ‘Defining the Role of Authors and Contributors’ as can be found on xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/recommendations/browse/roles-and-responsibilities/defining-the-role-of-authors-and-contributors.html. At least thirty (30) days before Recipient submits a paper or abstract for Disclosure, Recipient shall provide such paper or abstract to Provider, who will have thirty (30) days to review proposed manuscripts and fifteen (15) days to review proposed paper or abstract to assure that its Confidential Information is protected. It is agreed that Recipient will fully comply with any reasonable written request by Provider to omit specified Confidential Information of Provider from such paper, abstract, press release or other disclosure prior to Disclosure. In every Disclosure by Recipient based upon results obtained from the research through the use of the Original Material, Associated Personal Data and/or other contributions provided by Provider, Recipient shall acknowledge Provider’s scientists as contributor of the Material and the Associated Personal Data.

Publication and acknowledgement. WHO shall acknowledge the participation of all health facilities participating in the GBR on the online platform of the GBR. Due to the large expected number of health facilities participating in the GBR, WHO does not expect to be in a position to acknowledge each such participating facility by name, however, if WHO does do so, it will include the Participant. WHO is free to publish any work which includes, results from, or utilizes the Data.
Publication and acknowledgement. UW reserves the right to make or permit to be made scholarly disclosures of the results of the Project, including without limitation, publication in scholarly journals, presentations at academic and other conferences, disclosures to UW and non-UW scholars, and disclosures in grant and funding applications. UW shall provide Sponsor a copy or notice of any publication in any scholarly journal that includes a report of the results of the Project. UW further agrees to provide, in accordance with customary standards, an appropriate acknowledgement in any such publication of Sponsor’s support or other role in the Project.
Publication and acknowledgement. (a) A Party (Publishing Party) may publish any information relating to its part(s) of the Project or otherwise publicly disclose any Project Outputs produced by it (or them) without the prior written consent of any other Party, except where the publication or disclosure may: (i) disclose any Project Confidential Information; (ii) disclose Project Data that is reasonably considered by a Party to be sensitive; (iii) disclose any other Party's Background Data or Confidential Information or any Third Party Data; (iv) prejudice the future registration, value or Commercialisation of any Project Outputs or another Party's Background IP; or (v) prejudice the best interests of the Australian Grains Industry, (together Disclosure or Prejudice). (b) Where the proposed publication may cause Disclosure or Prejudice: (i) the Publishing Party must: (1) provide a copy of the proposed publication and explanation of the likely effect of the Disclosure or Prejudice to the Owning Parties; and (2) request in writing that the Owning Parties approve publication of the Project Output; (ii) the Owning Parties must advise the Publishing Party in writing whether: (1) they consent to publication; (2) they will consent to publication with alterations to minimise the Disclosure or Prejudice; or (3) they do not consent to publication. (iii) if altering the publication is impractical or if an Owning Party does not consent to publication, the Publishing Party must delay publication: (1) in the case of Project Data: (I) until that Project Data is otherwise published in a manner which does not breach this Contract; or (II) where a Party reasonably considers that the Project Data is sensitive, until such time as the Parties have reached an agreement in writing, or otherwise in accordance with the requirements of clause 17; or (2) otherwise: (I) until such time as the Parties have reached an agreement in writing, or otherwise in accordance with the requirements of clause 17; or (II) failing agreement in accordance with clause 9.10(b)(iii)(2)(I) above, for a stipulated period in GRDC’s sole discretion; and (iv) the Owning Parties will be deemed to have agreed to publication under clause 9.10(b)(ii)(1) unless one or more Owning Parties notifies the Publishing Party otherwise within 28 days of receiving notice under clause 9.10(b)(i). Publication and acknowledgement. The RECIPIENT shall have the right, consistent with academic standards, to publish or present the results of the research work performed in accordance with this Agreement. The RECIPIENT shall disclose planned publications to SUPPLIER at least thirty (30) days prior to submission for publication. If SUPPLIER does not send an objection during this thirty (30) days, RECIPIENT will be free to submit for publication without delay. In presentations or publications concerning the use of the MATERIAL the RECIPIENT will acknowledge the SUPPLIER and the named SUPPLIER´s contact as the source of the MATERIAL. Publication and acknowledgement. The Institution acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for appropriately acknowledging all funders of the Project, including JDRF and the Australian Type 1 Diabetes Clinical Research Network (T1DCRN), in all Publications. The Institution agrees to use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that research activities connected with the Project are published and translated into clinical practice, and de-identified data produced from the Project is made available in an open access repository, in accordance with best industry practice. Without limiting any other provision of this agreement, where reasonably possible the Institution must procure the Principal Investigator acknowledges JDRF as the source of the Funds in all Publications Published by the Principal Investigator: (1) during the Term; and (2) after the Term, where the research the subject of the Publication was in whole or in part conducted during the Term, and whether related to the Project or not. The Institution must ensure that following form of acknowledgement is used for the purposes of this clause 17: or such other acknowledgement notified by JDRF from time to time. The Institution must not, and must procure that the Principal Investigator does not, Publish any material relating to the Project without the prior provision of a copy of the proposed Publication to JDRF for comment at least 30 days prior to the proposed submission date for Publication (Approval Period). If, during the Approval Period, JDRF reasonably requests that the material not be Published or submitted for Publication in the form provided, JDRF must provide reasons, and the Institution will consider the issues raised in consultation with JDRF prior to finalising the Publication. The Institution must ensure, and must procure that the Principal Investigator ensures, that the acknowledgement of JDRF and the T1DCRN in Publications is in accordance with the Acknowledgement Policy.
