Notice of Program Transfer. Merger When one or more institutions covered by this Agreement decides to transfer or merge a program or a partial program and the transfer or merger will result in the transfer or layoff of one or more employees at one or more of the institutions, the institutions will provide written notice to the local union(s) as soon as possible, but in no event less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of transfer or merger.
