Information Transfer and Storage Supplier will use Industry Standard encryption to encrypt Accenture Data that is in transit. Supplier will also use Industry Standard encryption to restrict access to Accenture Data stored on physical media that is transported outside of Supplier facilities.
TRANSFERS AND PROMOTIONS Section 1. Notices of lateral transfer opportunities shall be posted for at least five (5) days on division bulletin boards and in branch offices. If an employee desires to transfer, he/she must submit a written request to the Agency’s Personnel Section.
Transfers and Vacancies In the event an employee does not bid, but is selected to be transferred, he may accept or reject the transfer. If he accepts, his seniority is treated in the same manner as though he had bid. If he rejects the transfer, he shall not be restricted from future bids under similar conditions. In the event that an employee is moved to another Department by reason of a departmental merger or consolidation of work, this shall not be considered a transfer, and the seniority rights of the individual involved shall then be determined by negotiation between the Company and the Local Union.
Data Transfers You acknowledge and agree that we may access and Process Personal Data on a global basis as necessary to provide the Subscription Service in accordance with the Agreement, and in particular that Personal Data may be transferred to and Processed by HubSpot, Inc. in the United States and to other jurisdictions where HubSpot Affiliates and Sub-Processors have operations. Wherever Personal Data is transferred outside its country of origin, each party will ensure such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.

F1 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F1.1 Except where F1.4 and F1.5 applies, the Contractor shall not assign, sub- contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties under the Contract.
