Common use of Notice of Proposed Policies or Rules Clause in Contracts

Notice of Proposed Policies or Rules. (a) The University Administration shall provide to the UFF an advance copy of any proposed policy by including the UFF on the University Administration’s Policy Routing Sheet. (b) The University Administration shall provide the UFF with an advance copy of a proposed rule promptly but not later than the date of publication of the initial public notice of a proposed rule under the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act. With respect to a rule adopted pursuant to the emergency provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, a copy shall be provided as far in advance of its effective date as is feasible under the circumstances.
