Notice of Reading. Utility shall read the Metering System for the purpose of measuring the Net Energy Output of the Project after giving reasonable notice to the Developer. At its option, Developer may be present when the meter is read. Developer may request a test of the accuracy of the Metering System, at Utility’s expense, [number] times per year. Developer may have the Metering System tested at its own expense at any time.
