NOTICE OF RECOGNIZED ASSOCIATION. The Police Department ("Department") shall give written notice to persons newly employed in the classifications of Police Officers and Dispatchers, which shall contain the name and address of the Member organization recognized by the City as the exclusive bargaining agent for the Association.
