Notice of Sale to Tenant. Seller will join with Purchaser in executing a notice, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “Tenant Notice of Sale”), which Purchaser shall send to Tenant under the Lease informing such tenant of the sale of the Property and of the assignment to and assumption by Purchaser of Seller’s interest in the Leases and the Security Deposits and directing that all rent and other sums payable for periods after the Closing under such Lease shall be paid as set forth in said notices;
Notice of Sale to Tenant. I. Tenant's Certificate of Insurance naming Buyer as additional insured and/or loss payee, as required by the Lease; J. A letter from Seller to Buyer wherein the Seller itemizes (in percentages totaling 100%), the following percentages of costs of the Premises: land acquisition, soft costs, building construction, and site work (this assists Buyer in allocating the Property onto its books at Closing); K. At least three (3) business days prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer an executed Tenant Estoppel in form and substance as agreed to between Seller and Buyer or as supplied by Buyer to Seller during the Due Diligence Period;
Notice of Sale to Tenant. Seller will join with Purchaser (or its Affiliate) in executing a notice, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “Tenant’s Notice of Sale”), which Purchaser shall send to Tenant under the Lease informing such Tenant of assignment and assumption of the Underlying Lease and of assignment to and assumption by Purchaser (or its Affiliate) of the Lease and Security Deposits and directing that all rent and other sums payable for periods after the Closing under the Lease shall be paid by Tenant to Purchaser (or its Affiliate) as set forth in the notice;
Notice of Sale to Tenant. On or before the Closing Date, Buyer will deposit the following: i) the Purchase Price with the Closing Agent; and ii) its counterpart to the Assignment and Assumption of Lease.

No notification need be given to any Pledgor if it has signed, after the occurrence of an Event of Default, a statement renouncing or modifying any right to notification of sale or other intended disposition.
