Notice of Sale to Tenant. Seller will join with Purchaser in executing a notice, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “Tenant Notice of Sale”), which Purchaser shall send to the tenant under the Lease informing the tenant of the sale of the Property and of the assignment to and assumption by Purchaser of Seller’s interest in the Lease and directing that all rent and other sums payable for periods after the Closing under the Lease shall be paid as set forth in said notice;
