Notice of Significant Event. The Operator must immediately upon becoming aware of a Significant Event in relation to the Operator or its Associates, notify the Commonwealth in writing, providing: a summary of the Significant Event, including the date or dates on which it occurred and the date on which the Operator became aware of it; and details of the relevant Operator and/or its Associates involved in the Significant Event. If, prior to the Operator providing notice under section 5.3(a), the Commonwealth notifies the Operator in writing that an event or circumstance is to be considered a Significant Event for the purposes of this section 5, the Operator must notify the Commonwealth in writing as if section 5.3(a) applied, within 3 Business Days after receiving the notice issued under this section 5.3(b). Where reasonably requested by the Commonwealth, the Operator must, within 3 Business Days after the request, provide the Commonwealth with additional information in writing regarding a Significant Event, to the extent that information is known by or reasonably available to the Operator.

Notice of Significant Event. Project Operator must, as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any case within 1 Business Day after, becoming aware of a Significant Event in relation to Project Operator or its officers, employees, Subcontractors or agents, notify the Commonwealth in writing, providing: a summary of the Significant Event, including the date or dates on which it occurred and the date on which Project Operator became aware of it; and details of the relevant entity and/or its officers, employees, Subcontractors or agents involved in the Significant Event and of any actions being taken by any person to address that Significant Event.
