Notice of spouse's parental leave. (a) A Caregiver who has given notice of his or her intention to take parental leave or who is actually taking parental leave is to notify the Employer of particulars of any period of parental leave taken or to be taken by the Caregiver's spouse in relation to the same child. (b) Any notice given under subclause (4)(a) is to be supported by a statutory declaration by the Caregiver as to the truth of the particulars notified.
